I need a designer who can complete tee shirt designs for me. Each design will: - include a phrase and be based off of artwork concept I provide - will be original - I will retain all rights to design on payment, and you will warrant that you can transfer those rights (again, must be original) These designs are relatively simple, yet meaningful. I can only pay $20 USD or less per design, but I have plenty of work (1-2 designs per week).
