Need targeted traffic

    Hello,

    I am looking to buy "Targeted" Traffic. I have a Tattoo related website and I want to increase the traffic to the website. Now, this traffic should be in the Art, Design categories. I want 10,000 visitors a month from the USA, Canada and EU. I will pay max 15$ for that.

    Now, in order to qualify we must have the following:

    - Targeted Traffic
    - Control Panel to Monitor Traffic
    - A fair and good price


    If you qualify please send me your rates.I am looking for long term work, if the success rate is high then we will continue to order with you.
    I tried many 'companies' around here, but none met my expectations.

    I think it would be best to consider about SEO and targeted keywords.
    Thats the best way to incrase good traffic.
