I need a system coded with the following: Admin can create users and have checkboxes on their skills, all data will be entered by admin: Eg: User: John Email: Pass: 1234 Paypal: Rate: 2 Skills: SEO [Y] Directories [Y] Programming [N] Uploading [N] I should be able to create new skills in the admin panel without editing code. When I wish to have a job done, I simply create a job in the admin area, such as: Job title: Submit link to directories Job Description: Description here Matches Skills: (checkboxes here for skills, I could do SEO, directories, link building etc) When users login to their normal area, they see a list of jobs that match them, so if they are uploaders and directories, then they see any jobs where directories or uploaders have been selected. They can then click accept job which will then take the job off the site, and no other job will show until they have submitted a report at the end of the day in a text area. Upon submitting a report, the admin is notified, and if he accepts everything is done correct he can click authorize payment, or he can send a message back to the user. There will need to be 2 or 3 admins to login, more in future, and the main admin account should be able to register admins accounts, and each admin will create their own jobs, and their own staff they register will get the job they post. Any payments that have been authorized by the admin should be entered into the payment que and i can click generate paypal mass pay file, upon paying I will click a button that says All paid, which will clear the que of payments.
