Hi there - I have an application I need coded for a website. I need someone who knows statistics and is creative to code an application that will be an add-on to my website. The application will evaluate a users choices based off a list and tell them how far they deviate from the mean - almost like a survey. I need someone who can design a solid back-end so that the survey/choice list can be changed frequently - and the reults downloaded to a spreadsheet in Excel.
