Need suggestions

I am making a poster for inviting local web masters to join my team.

I am asking any suggestion what are the things I need to put in my poster.

lol... thank for transferring my thread here and for all your suggestions.. any way this is what I come up with.

 

if you wish to have every type of wbemaster included, dont emphasize on web designer
start with general keyword and put web designer at bottom of the list
because some people may just read WD and ignore

 

I am really looking for a serious local web masters that earns below minimum... So maybe this way I can filter my inquiries...

I also mean as in build it as

do you want to earn money?
are you interested in "general"
are you "less general"?
are you web deisgner"
etc..

dont start off with what some may not be capable of, you know?
you could also say free domain for something
