I need to create a "pop over" for the home page of one of my friends... They have a "letter" that they want to show when visitors come to their website... I'd like to take this "elegant" letter and have it pop over the home site with the greyed out background and if possible have it as a graphic or as formatted text on a parchment graphic... would be great if I could have it slowly drop down from the top or fade in with buttons to close the pop over when done reading and have the home page visible underneath... Does anyone know of a script or software program that will create this for me? Preferably Free... I'm not getting paid for this and I'm on a tight budget... Thanx for your help!
