Need Suggestion .. Want to Sell my PPI site

    Greetings,

    I want to sell my PR1 one year old, Pay Per Install site about 7-zip download.

    I've made more around 650$ in this one year primarily promoting through AdWords vouchers.

    Without any promotion, it gets around 500 UVs (90% US and UK) and 15$ income per month.

    It has got 106 indexed pages on google and toggles in between 9th to 12th position in Google SERP for the primary keyword.

    It runs on wordpress and the blog section of the site has 18 uniquely written articles about 7-zip.

    I think with more promotion and link building the site will surely do well.

    Because of studies, I'm not able to devote time. So, I want to sell it off.

    Please, suggest me the price.
