need suggestion on an ecommerce site theme

    I want to create a new ecommerce site for one of my ventures.

    I have researched and want to have something similar to this - frsh(dot)co(dot)in

    It looks to be based on CSS. Is there any theme similar to this with wordpress ?

    What kind of skill set should be hired to create a site on those lines ?
