Need Suggestion: Is it ok for a site???

    One of my friend who is working in a SEO company has submitted a single article in number of article directory under different user name. Does it affect onto the site? If yes, then what please tell me the affect will be positive (improve its seo value) or negative (it will declare SPAM) towards the promoted site?

    Google will index the best form of the article submitted and will ignore the rest. Usernames does not matter.

    You will be able to see a lot of these articles indexed (not just one). Rest will go in 'duplicate' filter.

    ok..... but this is not only the thing he has submitted in other more sources too... like blog posting in PR..... Then also it will not affect to the site ?

    Google might accept just 2-3 articles from the total number of articles.
