Hello I am optimizing a website , considered if i made onpage in the rate of(4/10). I made submission in all search engines and they crawl 70% of links which i submitted .In this suituvation client giving a list of keywords which he wants 1st in search engine within 2 to 3 weeks , what will i want to do? By editing onpage and submit in search engine it will take long time to crawl all the dates and more over my PR also affected by doing this ..... Can any one advice me what can you do in this sutivation ?
Depends on a ton of factors....including the power of the website, the competition of the keywords and so on. Whats the website and the keywords and we could give you a better strategy.
you dont usually get ranked on search engines in 2-3 weeks just by doing onpage optimization and submitting to search engines. not unless your targeted keyword has zero competition. for keywords with at least certain volume of competition, you will not only need to do onpage optimization but also link building. onpage optimization is only a part of the whole process. once you are done with onpage, you will need to use your targeted keywords to build backlinks. try to get backlinks form relevant sites as relevant contextual backlinks are more valuable in getting your site ranked high on search engines. do a little search on link building or link development and you will find some resources. you can also read the article i posted on various link building methods here
School your client first about seo.. 2-3 weeks is unrealistic. Unless he wants to optimize his own name.

this type keyword has low competition so you can get result in sort time just make some good high PR backlink and use some extra ordinary to your competitor
