you should not use commas or underscore. You can use hyphens (-) or pipes (|). try to limit it to 65 characters and make it as appealing as possible by using the appropriate keywords

shailendra is right, depending on your title structure; I would recommend hyphens or pipes.

I tend to use the "-" rather than "|" try to make it informative, i tend to work on keyword density and choose my highest possible keywords in the title

Use the keyword you are aiming for in the title tag at least once. Keep the keyword as close to the beginning of the title tag as possible.

    Hi,
when you write title tag it will be effective if your <title> tag includes keywords/domain it will be best for your website, using of pipes(|) not so wisely, try to write synonyms of your keyword/domain in title tag.
Are you happy with this answer please response?

Avoid using commas and underscore. You can use hypens (-) instead of it. Use of pipes (|) is also OK. Try to concentrate on your major keywords for the page and include these in your title.

Your Title should be meaning full and it should be related to that page.

Do not repeat the same "Keyword".

Use | symbol. Its look good.
