Friends, iam planning to host a free file hosting site like mediafire , megaupload etc. i need some valuable Suggestion for sucess. Plz tell a better site script , server suitable for this kinds of site etc.
Depending on how many files, users, size of downloads etc you looking at a minimum of 100Mb/s unmetered but would be better served with 1Gbp/s unlimited. Also if load if high then hard disk speed / RAID types are going to play a big part in overall download speed.
