Need Suggestion for building links

Hello..
Can you please let me know as am just starting this journey.
I am starting with just a blog to get the idea of everything and than take it from there, the blog is

I dont get many visitors every day but if there is a match going on i get around 10,000 visits also, but it doesnt make me much money i wonder why .

Now recently one of the source from where i take videos asked me to do a banner exchange ? is it a good idea ? the only worry i have is since he is the source of every thing i may lose my visitors ?

Plus can some one suggest me what is the best way to build links and get traffic ?
Is only paid funda works ?

 

You need more stronger back links and also do marketing in forums for your site

You need to find what cricket fans want to and will pay for. Then market it on your site or fix your adwords to be more prominent like a skyscraper with descriptions.
Maybe it's just a bad niche.

Try searching for cricket sites in Google and find your niche; I think there are thousands of people who'll be interested in your site if its well constructed. Try looking for websites in all the cricket nut nations - Pakistan, Australia, England...

You need links from 3-4-5, and then, your PR will up faster, than other conkurents. You can buy it.
