Need Suggestion about New HelpDesk - TheVisionWorld.com

    Hello,

    We are trying and offering new helpdesk its Ajax Based helpdesk so far really good its really fast, they have launched new version of it..Below its the email I got:

    We don't stop there.. Vision2.0 has other unique features like Paid Support -- You can add billing notes / create invoice / check payment status in helpdesk itself.

    Vision is Plugin Based -- that means you can enable or disable various features example -- Scrapbook, AntiVirus, Alerts, Address Book, Calender, Favourites, KnowledgeBase, Troubleshoot, News etc .

    Multi-Language --
    This feature mainly includes –

    * Clients can change client panel language to one that they understand.
    * Clients can send tickets / emails in their own language.
    * Your staff has option to select language while replying tickets.

    Can you guys around this forum try it and suggest me if I should switch from Kayako to this helpdesk, as the things that satisfy for my company is multi-domain and internal staff scrapbook and billing integration is an attractive feature ..I loved those features for my company.

    I will love your suggestions regarding this helpdesk and ..help me make my mind ..
