Buying Need Styling Change To WordPress Theme

    Hey folks :) I'm working with a WordPress theme that is 1020px wide that I need switched to 970, with all in-site elements adapting as needed.

    Need someone very good with CSS that is available immediately - need this project completed ASAP today, assuming this work will take about 1 hour.

    How did you determine that making several templates responsive where all items perfectly rearrange for all kinds of devices with take about one hour?
