Need Stream Player for movies site

    Hey guys i am creating a streaming site and will place movies there so i have a plan that i will upload movies then have a online streaming player embedded on my site on which user can play those movies so please tell me any good online stream player where i can play those movies. Movies are DVD rip (in .avi extension)
