There will be all open disputes listed. Right besides the case-number there will be something like a button to close the dispute. That´s all. Not really complicated

    Hope this helps

For what exactly the dispute is... If it is a charge back by the other party just click on detail of that transaction & refund the payment by clicking on the refund option at the bottom, log out from the PayPal & again log in. Dispute will be closed. If it is something like unauthorized payment, suspicious transfer or the other party's PayPal is limited after sending you the payment, there is no other way to close it but to wait for one month from the open dispute date. Your dispute will be over automatically after 30 days & the fund will be reversed to the source PayPal.

Is this dispute opened by second party or your friend himself?

    Hi awaisuk,

In the paypal dispute console, click on the case ID then look for cancel the dispute to stop the dispute case and the dispute case will be closed by stating the reason both parties had got an understanding to cancel the filing.
