Need Standard Table Format Converted To Div/CSS - 1 page

    as you can see it is basic table tr,td format. I need it all using full CSS and Div tags instead of the tables that it has now.

    I need it setup using the common 3 parts
    header
    body
    footer

    Let me know if you can do this, and yes I am still looking to have this transfered to my oscommerce template but this is the first step.
