hello I am in need of 3-5 people to manage the different forum sections. This will mean 1. Moderation of the parts you are given. 2. Post fresh news on these forums. 3. Do Email marketing to clients (we will teach you all on how). Work will be paid. Cant say how much now, but those that are working for us now, make monthly between 250-500 usd. I am mainly looking for people that 1. Understand how forums work and are moderated. 2. Have the will to be a part of a growing network. 3. Can help with growing traffic and give us tips on promotions. 4. Have alot of time at hand and has Good internet speed. 5. Hi. first of all, i am very glad i came to DP looking for staff. I had over 15 applications yesterday and i have already hired a staff for many of the different sections. But there are 1-2 spots that i think may be available still as i saw that some of the hired staff was not sure or not so interested. Most of them were very eager to start and them i am sure will do very well and earn good money with us. However, when all comes to all, i am interested in hiring people that are willing to work, and earn money from doing work online. People that have time and internet, and spend alot oftime online, and do know some sort of stuff from Dp like SEO, Linkbuilding, article writing, socialmedia, youtube films, etc etc etc etc. As i explaind to all of them over 5h chat on my forum, taking about history of the forum, what we do, how we earn money, how they will earn money, what they will do on the forum (given few sections of the forums, which they picked after me telling them about each of the topics and possibilities i think i scored better with there motivation. I want you to know what your getting into, before you do so. i do not want halfly deidcated staff. I want fully deidicated staff for our money making forum. We will be a team of people working together and not against each other. 1. forum moderaton, spam removal, warning members, thread postings, topic creation, discussion creation, replying to members request is what all of our staff will do on daily basis in their given or picked sections. 2. those working inn lets say one of our sections like any, i will for example mention one of them for the general idea "small busienss oppertunities" section, will have the possibility to market our" and advertising offers to a whole bunch of sites listed in google that can benefit from advertising with us. In return this generates money for Rolclub, from which you will have a cut on top of your minimum wages which is 250 usd. Now i dont know many people that made only 250 unless they were not motivated, and neither do i want such people. I want highly motivated people that was hoping for a chance to work online and get paid month after month from a reliable place. If this is what you had in mind, you just found the right people to work for. 3. Rolclub needs alot of promotion like linkbuilding, seo, blog posts, posts on other forums about us, articles, social media like twitter and facebook and many other things. If anyone has any knowledge of how to market a site in anyway, we will prefer you. Now i have said some more words. I would also like to mention. Most of those we hired today seem interested and motivated so it will be hard for anyone here now to come and take there spots. However, i also didnt plan to do this ting twice like i now will. I am willing to look at 2 of those i hired to see if they really want inn, because i am not sure if they are truely motivated as they should be, i think i will not keep them by end of this week. timewasters, people sneaking away from work, will be shown the door next day. Truely motivated people doing what they are suppose to will be treated as gold. if you think you could have worked for in a forum with a staff that will help each other, earn money while you do so, and learned alot from it sound fine, then please feel free to to email us at . ONCE AGAIN LOOKING FOR STAFF/MODERATORS/MARKETERS - WORK FORM HOME It so happens that i am once again out after 5-6 new people.
