Need something similar to WeShow's Widget

I am looking for a flash developer to create a slideshow feature similar to WeShow's widget. Click this link for an example: http://www.weshow.com/us/widget.action

There will be a few requirements to this project.

1) The widget will be used in Wordpress and we will need to add/delete/modify websites through the administration panel.
2) We will add a screenshot, link and description for each website and this information will be displayed in the widget.
3) On the top right side of the weshow widget there is a categories section. We will need to have the option of adding new categories as we create additional networks. When we add websites we should select a category where the site will be displayed.
4) The screenshots should rotate and display in the exact manner as weshow's widget.
