Need someone with IPB Forum experience..

    I just had someone move an ipb forum onto my hosting and I can not get the mass mailing feature to work which is critical...It says that it is "sending" but then never goes anywhere. I believe something needs to be setup in the email system?? $30 if you can fix it!
