I need someone for this particular position who is able to spit and type code so fast they do it in their dream - I'm serious! I'm very quick and I have over 10 years of web design/development experience, so I know how long something takes, I don't want someone who is new to the world of creating templates. Most of my work is done in ExpressionEngine so I only need someone to do PSD - > XHTML/CSS.
