Need someone with exellent PHP/mysql skills

    Hi,

    I have a text messaging website which needs to be secured cause users are bypassing the sending limits somehow. I need someone who really know how to work with php/mysql. I don't have a big budget, but we can further discuss this.

    If anyone here can do this, please let me know!
