    Hi, I need someone with an epassporte account right now to take a $100 payment from someone for me and then give me the payment via PayPal please! I will only take $95 via PayPal, so you profite $5 from this.

    Money exchanges are not allowed here and is prohibited by Paypal.

    If the other party has an epassporte account then he could use it as a sort of credit card to pay you. Just sign up with Plimus.com or 2Checkout so you can receive such money and from everyone else without breaking any terms.
