Buying Need someone who loves animeas and who doesnt get bored uploading videos

    Hello,
    I have an anime site animephase.com
    it used to have a lot of visitors but lately ther are many broken episodes and there is no one to update the new episodes
    i need someone who truly enjoys animeas and who doesn't get bored taking care of such a site.
    I can pay you monthly and if i like what you are doing we can even arrange it so that we can split the profits 50/50
    anyhow... it will be lots of work so be ready beforehand, i don't need someone who will update a couple of episodes and dissapear.
    i need someone constant. please let me know your monthly charge
