Need someone who knows Smarty Templatesystem good! Paying good

    Hi, i'm starting a new free form hosting service, and i need someone to create a template for me. I do have the design ready for you, so all you need is to cut the .psd file and implement into my pages which is using smarty templatesystem.

    I could give a little more details here:

    I'm starting up a free forum hosting site(http://www[dot]freeforumtoday[dot]com). The script is called echophp.

    I have a designed made for me as we speak. The design will be very simple. Front page will be all white with 4 butons. The sub pages is also very simple.

    I will pay 80$ for it to be coded, i will pay after the work is finished through paypal.
