Hi all, I need a coder who can convert a custom PSD theme for a Movable Type template for this site. Currently the site is running on MT 3.2 but I plan to upgrade it to MT 4.0 later. However, due to logistics issues this cannot be done at this time, so the coder should code the PSD template in such a way that it is possible for it to be updated to MT 4.0 later. Apart from that, I would like the template to have clean code with proper commenting, and XHTML/CSS validated.
