    I am now looking for a longterm partner in this, and looking for cheap rates. 1 IP per torrent, I will need them uploaded to mininova and TPB for sure, but maybe more.

    Well my best price so far is $0.08 per torrent per site, but he has not responded. Should be about 10-15 torrents a week day, but it will vary. And I need seperate IPs for each torrent, but the same torrent could be uploaded with the same IP to different sites, but next torrent would need new IP.
