    If you are looking for a super fast way to transfer a wordpress site with out all the hard work like backing up the database and all, then check out Jason's product called WPTwin. It cost a few bucks, but its well worth it. I use it daily to back up my clients wordpress websites.

    It clones your site, comments, passwords, plugins, and everything. Give it a shot

    I recently did this myself using the support staff at Godaddy.com and it was surprisingly hassle free. Call them directly if you want to give it a shot. Some lightweight FTP knowledge is about all you need, they do the rest.
