Need someone to tell me simple html code $5

I really need an answer to my question fast so I am willing to pay $5 to someone who provides me with a working solution


There is a video which I would like to add to my site however when I insert the code it shows up very large and pixelated. I need this video here http://www.nordicware.com/swf/nap_player.swf?name=martha-nordicware

to be resized to 325 in a popup window.

There should be a place somewhere in that code where I can insert height or size...just don't know how to go about it.
