I've been using primary ads zip/email offers, but I think I'm getting the shaft from them.. 250+ clicks, with 1 or 2 conversions ... something is not right when these are leads that should be generated by zip/email submission only? There is well over 100 alternatives at: http://www.affiliateseeking.com/netwo/23000002/1.html The ones ranked higher up are the best. Not all of them are CPA, but a large majority of them are. Good luck with all this.
