Buying Need someone to shorten 2 HTML/CSS pages.

    I have 2 HTML/CSS pages here: ultimatefront.com/site/privacy&tos.rar

    I need to remove the extra white space in the middle of the footers and the text so that the pages would be shorter. I pay in advanced. If you can do this, please reply.
