Need someone to shift websites to a different server (Urgent)

    I am looking for someone who will shift sites from my current server to a shared server. My monthly rental period for the current server finishes today and as soon as i submit the cancellation form, the shared servers will be available. So what i want is someone who is willing to download the backup of my site on to their system and as soon as the new server is allocated to upload it back.

    around 410 MB...i have a slow and unstable connection so its getting disconnected each time i try to download it myself :(
