Need someone to setup freelancing site script(you suggest)

    I need a freelance site script. I seriously don't know which is the best around, so i need the person willing to do this, to suggest the best script and how much it would cost to set it up.
    Also, i have a specific template in mind which i need to implement in that script.
    I can provide you the xhtml and css and you need to implement it on the script.
