Need someone to set-up extra sidebar in Wp-theme!

Hi ppl,

I made a new wp-theme that has one sidebar, but I wanted to add another one, and I did, just its below that first sidebar(to the right)...I WANT, to be in the same line as first one, and to be visible on all pages on the site.
