Need someone to resize and reformat a video.

    I need some to take this video http://classifiedadsinc.net/?page_id=258 and make it the size (L X W) and file size (MB file size of a youtube video). The video will be on the main page where the current youtube video resides. Here is the current video - www.classifiedadsinc.net. If someone can do this for five bucks that would be great. I can send over the file if you can do it. This video is going into wordpress.
