Buying Need someone to reduce size of two gif banners... Urgent!!!!

    Hello,

    I have two prepared GIF banners with me.

    I want to reduce image dimensions for these to 200* 50 Pixel with 16K size max.

    Need this to be done in few minutes. Please quickly respond with you offers.

    I can do this for you for $5 if they can be reduced. It may change the look of them. They may have to be cropped instead. If these are animated it also may stop them working.
