Need someone to quickly edit my phpbb 3 forum template

    I will give $20 for anyone who can edit my template for me.

    I need my header and horizontal menu adding.

    Plus the existing page content widened and the footer changing.

    I have all the code for things to be added, so you don't need to worry about that.

    I will give more details if someone is intertested.
