Hello, I'm planning to start a new forum which I would prefer to be either adult or warez linking. I already have a VPS for it to run, the domain will be chosen after consultation. Any forum software is fine as long as it does it's job. I need someone to mainly promote the forum and bring in regular traffic, get link exchanges and anything else that's neccessary to build a stable base. A forum with regular updated content and users is what I require. I am willing to pay $50 per month for the person, payment shall increase once the forum is up and running ( Up to $250 per month depending on the results).
