Buying Need Someone to open an Ai CS4 File and Convert to PSD

    I have an Ai file that seems to be messed and will not open correctly in my Ai CS3 so i need it opened and saved as a PSD.

    Its supposed to be this whole design:

    But when i open the file in Illustrator only half the design shows up.... I need help FAST!
