    Hello, I'm looking for someone to modify an already coded HTML template to match a design based on that template (5 pages) please provide me with a reasonable quote and time frame...

    You don't have to do anything from scratch, just modify this template to match the given designs which are pretty simple... please see the links for reference.

    P.S I don't have a big budget for this project, but if we're satisfied we will provide you with more long term and bigger projects.
