Basically we have public computers in our restaurant to provide internet access to our customer. We need a time limited software to auto log the computer off after certain time period. This is to provide fair usage. Cashier PC: - A small program (maybe dos) that will produce random encrypt password base on calculation of today's date/time, expired login time and expired duration time. - Password prefer maximum 5 chars Public PC: - Customer get the code from Cashier PC. Type in the password and it will decrypt the password to produce how long it can log in. - A countdown time will appear somewhere in windows. - Before the time almost run out, it will blink or warn customer to save their stuff. Once times up, it will lock down for next customer to enter code. Some might suggest to use network to link the cashier pc and public pc together so cashier can control public. We prefer not to do it so complicated due to past experience. This is not a big development so I wouldn't accept offer over than USD200. Looking for someone who can do it cheap.
