Hello, I am a web designer, but I have alot of difficulty splicing psd's for use as templates. I am looking for someone who would be willing to splice templates for me into either joomla, wordpress or html templates on a commission basis so when I get a job, I make it and you would splice it for me for 10% of the money earned from the job. At the minute I charge about 100 pounds for my web design which is around $200 so for each design job I got, you would earn approx $20 for splicing each psd into a usable template (with installer for joomla).
