Need someone to make a top list vote reward system in php

    Basically if the user votes they enter their name before hand and get a point added to their account. Thats all I need :) Id like this in a popup votebox that displays until they click it as well. I can show examples of what I mean on request. Looking at about 20 dollars what you think?
