Need someone to make a banner for me

    Hey,

    I have this PSD file, i want someone to make a banner from me, and write "UploadW" on it with some picture of a file or upload sign beside it. Whatever picture you use, be sure to include a favicon of that picture aswell.

    After the banner is done, post it here, and leave your price with it. I will take the cheapest one. (I am not looking to spend alot of money on this)
