You need to be selling something in order to list it on eBay, whether it's services, websites, or something else. What exactly are you trying to advertise? Depending on the listing price will depend on the fees charged by eBay just to put up the listing, that's not counting the final value fee and any PayPal fees associated with it (assuming it sells). I have an account with 100% rating and 92 positive feedbacks. I can help you out, but I'm not going to get my account banned in doing so.
