I hire local college kids and just pay them a hourly wage. I have not done that much. I find that a lot of the companies online doing forum posting english is not there first language and they also are not interested in the subject so as I said above you end up deleting most of them. Before you drop a decent budget on this I would have them do 100 example posts for you or only pay half up front and half on completion... just my advice
