Need someone to Install & Tweak wordpress theme properly

    I have a website where I want you to install the required plugins , and tweak the site as per my requirements ;

    1) My blog is http://www.asktirmizi.com

    2) I want it to be more like http://www.connectedinternet.co.uk/

    3) I want to have a video clips placed in the current section of 300 X 250 ad on the right side ...

    4) I want to have newsletter and rss capabilities like http://www.joelcomm.com/ , but should blend in with our theme.

    5) I want the adsense search to be @ the top like its @ http://www.212articles.com.


    If you have expertise in handling tweaking wordpress themes , then do get back to me with decent quote .. and lets get started.
