Need someone to improve my Wordpress home page

    I don't have a lot of money but looking to have someone improve the center section of the statis homepage. All I have is the text and it looks very bland. I need it to be eye catching. Looking for someone that can take this project on cheap or even free (add it to your portfolio as advertising if you wish). I'll gladly add a link in the footer as well for whoever takes this job on. I believe the site has great potential for a lot of visitors.

    Well I have to say it looks good. I think the service could have potential. I am not much of a graphical artist but maybe an arrow pointing to the click here that flashes or moves back and forth. Then another image of a big spyglass next to the text that asks for members to report checkpoints. Also I would change the color of some of the important text.
