need someone to helpme to fix .htaccess for php5

I had a script from arwscripts, which is a recipe script, now the problem is hostgator upgraded the php version of all servers & from that day my site is not working, it keeps trying to download a file.. when tried to visit the site.


need someone to fix the .htaccess according to php5. I am ready to pay.
